did you ever just think for a second what am i made of yeah you'd definitely know you're made of cells if you ever used your brain to think some, but were taking the things to the physics side now what according to physics are you made of yes of course the cells but they should be made of something and that something is atoms so where did those atoms come from right like literally where did they come from right, they came from a star of course yup you heard it right you're just some atoms put together which were once were in the core of the sun so where did those come from?? right
let me explain this is gonna be some good shit, we all know the universe was formed from bigbang
right and right after the bigbang the universe was so hot (it became the hottest) after sometime like one second (really) the matter cooled down to 100 nonillion (1032) Kelvin to 1 billion (109) Kelvin, and protons and neutrons collided to make deuterium, an isotope of hydrogen most of the deuterium was combined to make helium and some amounts of lithium are also made which were so hot that they made into a clump of plasma which gave out light like fog now come the time which makes us to wait for over half a billion years (the universe is not so good at punctuality ) now the clumps of gas was collapsed and the stars were formed which formed galaxies.
as we know the stars when run out of fuel die in different ways some collapse themselves and form bigbang some become white dwarfs and some explode which is called supernova and now come our part these super nova is so powerful that the heat generated is enough to form heavy metals like aluminium gold and other elements but light metals like oxygen and iron are created in the star itself and when the star explode they spread all of these metals into space which yet again make up and from other elements which make up other stars like pour sun and the planet we live in and and the rest is given to biology here it is

well yeah thats it you're just star dust and you're gonna become star dust when our sun explodes in 5 billion years from now
